July Goals


I think it's time to finally put my goals into writing. I'm the type of person that would deny that I even set a goal in the first place if someone asked for an update. Haha. I'm terrified. Can't you tell? If you come back to find this post later on and it has mysteriously disappeared I'm sure you'll know what happened. Srry.

Since I just moved to The Gold Coast in May I'm still very much infatuated with the impractical idea of 'oh i'll lose 5kg, start a blog and get my life together' phase. So of course that's exactly what I want to do. Hopefully one day when I have a 'summer body'  I can finally take those cringey beach selfies. ohhh yeahhh, that's the dream.







Ok so lets just get to it. These are my 3 goals for this month:
1. Attend the gym at least twice a week
2. Drink 1.5L of water a day (gotta keep that skin fresh ya know)
3. Work on my social networks, they're a complete mess.
I don't think these are too out of my reach to be honest, but I guess we'll see. I'll let you know how I go next month. Wish me luck, if you have any advice on how to improve these goals let me know! Unless you don't want to, that's cool too. I'll just be over here updating my notifications every other minute.
